Foreign trade salesman
Operating duty: 1. Expand overseas markets, develop, maintain, and manage foreign clients, and achieve personal performance goals; 2. Responsible for registering, responding to, and following up on customer inquiries, resolving customer order needs and issues; 3. Track the execution of orders, coordinate and resolve issues that arise during the transaction process; 4. Collection of payment and preparation of customs declaration and clearance documents; 5. Job Description 1. Conduct audit and reimbursement of various expenses in accordance with the company's financial system, relevant regulations, management methods, and requirements; 2. Responsible for the daily management of various bank transactions and cash of the company, as well as specific tasks such as fund receipt and payment, reimbursement, and reconciliation; 3. Register cash daily according to regulations, clear inventory cash, and ensure the safety of inventory cash; 4. Responsible for collecting and reviewing original vouchers, ensuring the legality and accuracy of reimbursement procedures and original documents; 5. Responsible for daily collection and payment processing, checking and verifying bank deposit status.
