Operating duty:
1. Expand overseas markets, develop, maintain, and manage foreign clients, and achieve personal performance goals;
2. Responsible for registering, responding to, and following up on customer inquiries, resolving customer order needs and issues;
3. Track the execution of orders, coordinate and resolve issues that arise during the transaction process;
4. Collection of payment and preparation of customs declaration and clearance documents;
5. Provide daily customer contact, after-sales service, and technical support work;
6. Record, archive, and analyze relevant business, compile various foreign trade sales data, and generate reports;
7. Exhibition, reception of foreign clients for inspection, business negotiations;
8. Complete other tasks assigned by the company or superiors.
Requirement:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, major in International Trade, E-commerce, Machinery or related fields;
2. Good English communication skills, proficient in English listening, speaking, reading, and writing;
3. More than two years of international sales experience in industrial products, with strong market expansion capabilities;
4. Skilled in communication and coordination, proactive and responsible in work, with a sense of teamwork.
